Mr. Fraler has approximately 30 years of operating, investment, and financial advisory experience in the building industry.
Prior to founding Anchor Peabody, Mr. Fraler co-founded Building Industry Partners in 2008 – a Dallas/Ft.Worth-based building industry-focused private equity firm. Mr. Fraler’s duties and accomplishments included sourcing, negotiating, and executing investments along with drawing from his operating background to help the firm refine its investment approach. In 2009, Building Industry Partners co-founded US LBM Holdings (“US LBM”), which would eventually grow to a a $2 billion consolidator of lumberyards and other building products operations including roofing & siding distributors, component manufacturers, and drywall distributors. US LBM, its 3,900 associates located in 22 states with 160 locations, was sold in August 2015 to New York-based private equity firm Kelso & Company.
Mr. Fraler’s operational expertise includes core competencies in building products distribution, kitchen & bath design, home centers/retail, and light manufacturing in fields such as millwork and structural components. Mr. Fraler served as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager for two lumber & building products pro dealer operations in the Northeast and Southwest.
Mr. Fraler earned a B.S. in Economics from Rutgers University and an MBA from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University, where he graduated with honors and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

Managing Partner & Founder
Mr. Sadler has over 30 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions advisory and private equity/leveraged buyouts. A significant portion of this experience was spent with companies in the building industry, including roofing fastener manufacturing, hard wood flooring manufacturing and tile, stone and decorative glass distribution industries.
In addition to being a Managing Partner at Anchor Peabody, Mr. Sadler is the founder and owner of Willowmere Capital Partners. This investment firm invests private capital in public and private debt and equity securities.
Mr. Sadler has been a General Partner at various private equity/buyout firms including Palladium Equity Partners, Saugatuck Capital Company and Dubin Clark & Company. Mr. Sadler began his career at General Electric Company and spent 5 years in the Mergers & Acquisition Department of KPMG Peat Marwick.
Mr. Sadler has an MBA in Finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Urban Studies from Brown University.

Mr. DeCarlo is the former President and CEO of Lumbermens Merchandising Corporation (“LMC”), a post he held for 19 years. Under Mr. DeCarlo’s leadership, LMC grew to the largest and most successful building material dealer-owned buying cooperative in the United States, representing over 1,200 lumberyards in the United States including Hawaii and the Bahamas. Mr. DeCarlo originally joined LMC as CFO in 1977, giving him over 35 years of building products experience. In addition to serving on the Anchor Peabody Advisory Board, Mr. DeCarlo is a director for Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company (“PLM”). Mr. DeCarlo earned a B.S. in Accounting from Temple University, the Fox School of Business and Management, where he graduated with honors and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma and Beta Alpha Psi Honor Societies.
